Outcome of the Dublin meeting — 2nd October 2026 | RIAI– Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland:
Discussions covered European initiatives on the portability of qualifications and skills, the European Digital Identity Wallet and tools supporting administrative cooperation. Members also examined the implementation of the EU–Canada mutual recognition agreement and progress towards a future agreement with the United Kingdom.
The programme included an introduction to Ireland’s professional registration system, an update from the Architects’ Council of Europe, and exchanges on architectural competitions, jury training and new architectural education programmes.
